You already use AI. Now it's time to move beyond prompt chaos and into workflows and agents you can use again and again.

Most people working in Product Management already use AI – for research, summaries, PRDs, brainstorming, roadmaps, or stakeholder communication.

But for many, AI is still used ad hoc: a prompt here, a summary there, a quick draft when the calendar gets busy.

That can save time. But it rarely creates a workflow you can rely on, repeat, or share with your team.

Make AI a permanent part of your product practice

In this two-day course, you'll learn how to take the next step: moving from one-off prompting to professional AI workflows and productive AI agents that support recurring Product Management tasks.

Throughout the course, you'll work on a real case from your own day-to-day work. This could be an existing workflow or a recurring challenge. If you don't have a specific case in mind, we'll help you identify one during the course.

You'll leave with practical prompts, reusable workflows, AI agent setups, and product artefacts that you can apply immediately in your own work.

This course is not about mastering a specific AI tool. Instead, you'll learn ways of working that remain valuable – even as AI tools continue to evolve.

After the course, you'll be able to:

  • Apply AI systematically across key Product Management workflows
  • Build your own prompt library with structured prompts you'll actually use and reuse
  • Summarize user interviews and turn them into themes, insights, and opportunities
  • Understand what AI agents are and when they add value in Product Management
  • Build simple AI agents for recurring Product Management tasks
  • Validate AI and agent outputs to reduce hallucinations, flawed reasoning, and inaccurate results
  • Perform faster and more critical competitor analysis
  • Use AI as a thinking partner in Product Discovery, prioritization, and Opportunity Solution Trees
  • Ask questions about product data in plain language and receive actionable insights
  • Draft and improve PRDs, feature specifications, and decision documents
  • Use AI to stress-test roadmaps, hypotheses, and strategic assumptions
  • Leave with a working AI setup tailored to one of your own Product Management workflows

Who should attend?

This course is designed for professionals working in Product Management who already use AI but want a more structured, reliable way of incorporating it into their daily work.

Typical job titles include:

  • Product Manager
  • Product Owner
  • Product Lead
  • Head of Product
  • Product Development Manager
  • Product Coach

Professionals working closely with Product Management are also welcome. However, the course is built around the Product Manager role, and the artefacts and decisions Product Managers typically work with.

This is not a general ChatGPT course. Nor is it a technical AI course, and no coding experience is required.

We do expect participants to have prior experience with prompting and to already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants as part of their work.

Content and format

The course is built around the Product Management work you already do – from research and Product Discovery through analysis and prioritization to PRDs, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication.

You'll learn how AI, structured workflows, and AI agents can strengthen each stage of the product process and make your work more effective and connected.

You'll work on your own case throughout the course and leave with a practical AI setup that you can immediately implement, refine, and expand after the course.

Rather than teaching a long list of AI tools, the course focuses on helping you build durable Product Management workflows powered by AI – workflows that can evolve as new tools emerge.

The training is delivered in person and is highly practical, with a strong emphasis on hands-on exercises, case work, peer discussions, coaching, and feedback.
